Build Your Suit Your Way

Design options

Every suit is built from scratch — not selected from presets.

You control:

  • colors and overall layout
  • materials and performance options
  • logos, branding, and personal details

The goal is simple: a suit that looks right and works correctly on the bike.

Designing AGVSPORT Leather Suit

configure your suit beyond basic design

visually + functionally

Core build options
  • One-piece or two-piece suit
  • Cowhide or kangaroo leather
  • Perforated or non-perforated panels
Performance options
  • Aerodynamic hump (various sizes/types)
  • Additional stretch panels (mobility zones)
  • Reinforced impact areas
Fit & comfort
  • Race fit (track-focused posture)
  • Adjustments based on riding position
Additional features
  • Name, number, flag
  • Hydration pocket (if applicable)
  • Custom interior labeling

Final configuration depends on your riding style, preferences, and intended use.

Sponsor & Logo Guidelines

Logos and branding can be fully integrated into your suit — but must follow construction rules.

What you can add:

  • Sponsor logos
  • Personal branding (name, number, flag)
  • Custom graphics

File requirements:

  • Vector files preferred (AI, EPS, SVG)
  • High-resolution images if vector is not available

Placement rules:

  • Logos must align with panel construction
  • Stretch zones may distort graphics
  • Some areas are restricted due to safety and durability

All designs are reviewed before production to ensure clean placement and long-term performance.

Custom-Designed Motorcycle Jackets

Color & Material

possible options

Color design
  • Multi-panel or minimal layouts
  • High-contrast race styles or clean classic looks
  • Custom combinations based on your preference
Material choices
  • Cowhide — durable and structured
  • Kangaroo — lighter and more flexible
Functional considerations
  • Perforation available depending on configuration
  • Material placement follows construction and impact zones

Color is a visual layer applied to the panel structure —
material and construction define how the suit performs.
