Built for Real Protection

Materials & Safety

A race suit is not just leather — it’s a protection system built to manage impact, abrasion, and movement at speed.

Every element — materials, construction, and fit — works together to reduce injury risk in real-world crashes.

Our approach is simple:
build for how riders actually crash and move on the bike — not how a suit looks on a hanger.

We use materials selected for both protection and performance

Strength, Mobility, Control

Leather

Leather (primary protection layer):

  • Cowhide — strong, durable, stable
  • Kangaroo — lighter, higher strength-to-weight ratio
Stretch zones

Stretch zones:

  • allow full mobility on the bike
  • reduce fatigue and restriction
  • placed away from primary impact zones
Reinforced areas

Reinforced areas:

  • shoulders, elbows, hips, knees
  • designed to handle slide + impact stress

Armor & CE Protection

Armor is a critical part of the protection system.

Available options:

  • CE Level 1
  • CE Level 2 (higher impact absorption)

Fit matters:

armor must stay in place during a crash

placement is based on riding posture, not standing position

Transparency:

  • certified components are clearly specified
  • construction details are documented

we do not make claims that cannot be verified

Airbag Compatibility & Fit

Airbag systems add another layer of protection — but only if the suit is built correctly.

Airbag-ready builds include:

  • space for deployment

  • correct stretch panel placement

  • fit adjustments for expansion

The airbag system itself is handled by the manufacturer —
we ensure the suit allows it to function properly.

Even the best materials won’t protect properly without correct fit — that’s why every suit is built around your riding position.
